Terms baseline

These baseline terms are provided for sandbox readiness and should be reviewed before production commercial use.

Service use

Illumni provides AI-assisted support automation, customer messaging, reporting, and operations tooling. Customers remain responsible for their own support policies and customer commitments.

AI output

AI responses should be grounded in approved customer knowledge and reviewed according to each tenant's support policy, especially for sensitive or regulated workflows.

Availability

Sandbox environments are intended for testing and may not carry the same availability commitments as production deployments.
